These Terms govern your use of inconfidenceadvisors.com and any services you purchase or book through it from In Confidence LLC ("In Confidence," "we," "us"). By using the Site or purchasing a service, you agree to these Terms.

Services

We provide business advisory and consulting services, including the Growth Readiness Diagnostic, Scale Sprint, Fractional Growth Partner, and Strategy Workshop offerings. Scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for each engagement are described on the Site at the time of purchase or in a separate written agreement. If a signed client agreement exists, it controls over these Terms where they conflict.

No guarantee of results

Our services are advisory. Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your decisions and implementation, so we do not guarantee any specific business, financial, or growth results. We are not providing legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice; please consult a licensed professional for those matters.

Payment

Fees are due as stated at checkout or in your agreement. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change, but changes will not affect services already purchased. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, timely information and access needed to deliver the services, and you are responsible for the business decisions you make.

Intellectual property

Site content, frameworks, templates, and materials we provide remain our property. Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use deliverables for your own internal business purposes. You may not resell or redistribute our materials.

Confidentiality

We will keep your non-public business information confidential and use it only to provide services to you, except where disclosure is required by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, In Confidence will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or lost-profit damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.
