Free consultation calls

Free 30-minute calls can be rescheduled or canceled at any time using the link in your confirmation email. We appreciate at least 24 hours’ notice.

Paid sessions and workshops

• Cancellations or missed sessions are non-refundable, though we will offer one reschedule at our discretion.

• If we need to reschedule, you may choose a new time or a full refund.

Growth Readiness Diagnostic and other packages

• All package fees are non-refundable once purchased, including before work has begun, because your time is reserved and work is prepared specifically for you.

Digital products

Digital products (workbooks, recorded trainings) are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed.
